The main service of SEMS is to provide 24-hour pre-hospital emergency
medical services to our service area. Other services provided by SEMS
are:
- Provides emergency transport services for its members from their residence
or extended care facility to a hospital.
- Provide EMS stand-by services for community events.
- Provide EMS services at all fire calls including on-scene rehabilitation
procedures for all fire fighters and other emergency personnel.
- Provide community CPR instruction and re-certification.
- Provide tours and hands-on demonstrations for local service organizations,
schools, Boy Scout and Girl Scout certification needs.
SEMS does not provide Non-Emergency transport from a hospital or
doctor's office back to residences or extended care facilities.
All Non-Emergency transports are referred to First Aid and Safety Patrol
of Lebanon, (717) 272-1234 x106. Ask to speak with the
Communications Specialist or the On-Duty Supervisor.
